It all started in 2014 with a group of researcher in the Series of lectures on wind disaster conducted around the globe initiated by the Global Centre of Excellent Wind Engineering Research Centre, Tokyo Polytechnic University. From there the first National Colloquium on Wind and Earthquake Engineering (NCWE ) was formed and continue to evolve to a greater height and become the World Sustainable Construction Conference Series.
