A Word From The DEAN

On behalf of the faculty and administration as well as technical staff, I welcome you to the Faculty of Civil Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia PAHANG (UMP)'s website. We came into formation in July 2019 in line with the new UMP's organizational statue.

We strive to ensure the best possible education instil for individuals in becoming future professional engineering technologists. Taking up two programs from the previous Faculty of Engineering Technology which are Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Infrastructure Management) and Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Energy & Environmental), we are keen to serve the nation by providing a world class education, research facilities and services for potential students in both fields.

Our lecture rooms are designed with a great environment to bring out the best in our students that we call student centred learning. We also have high end laboratories that cater to the different fields in civil engineering technology, and are equipped with all the basic tests necessary to cover the syllabus in our undergraduate programs. In addition to that, our laboratories are also home to various advanced equipment and apparatus that support research at the postgraduate and post-doctoral level.
