UMP Complaint Management System (UMP SISPAA)
UMP HelpDesk is a public complaint management system (under SISPA) that allow the public to complaint on any concerns that need to be attended to. UMP Helpdesk is also a response system developed to enhance our delivery and services to our stakeholders and the community. This system is managed by UMP Corporate Communication Division.
